Hey Rukia.Ichigo called as he sat on his bed starring out the window at the rain.Rukia didn't answer she just looked up from her book and tilted her head in response.Does it rain in Soul Society?Rukia sat her book down on the floor in front of her and turned to look at Ichigo.As a matter of fact it does,why?She asked with a puzzled look.Ichigo turned so he could face Rukia then slid down onto the floor in front of her.No reason just wondering...mainly because I can't stand the rain.Rukia looked at Ichigo,his brown eyes starring at the floor deep in thought.I know you do Ichigo but cheer up.She said smiling at him.Why....why should I be happy the rain only brings me pain?Rukia could tell he was in pain...if only he would share his pain,tell her all about it.Rukia,Ichigo called again this time looking at her with unusually caring eyes.Rukia I want you to know something.He said still starring at her with a soft gaze.The reason we went to Soul Society to save you,why we.Rukia placed her finger on his lips.It's okay Ichigo you don't have to explain anything.She leaned into him as she moved over and sat on his lap.You don't have to explain one thing.She looked up at him and smiled.Ichigo wrapped his arms around her and pulled her close.Rukia...I...couldn't wait to save you...I couldn't wait to be near you again.Rukia was shocked not only by his words but by the tear that ran down his face.She raised her hand wiping it from his face,as she lowered her hand Ichigo took it within his own and held it tight.He looked down at her then rubbed his face into her soft raven colored hair.Rukia was amazed at the emotions Ichigo showed to her at this moment and couldn't help but feel as if this was right.She interlocked her hand with Ichigo's and placed it on her heart.Ichigo looked down at her,her soft skin shown a hint of red and he could tell she was blushing slightly,he called her name she looked up and he kissed her ever so slightly on her pink delicate lips.They sat there in his floor holding each other kissing feeling as if all others things didn't even exist,Ichigo softly whispered into Rukia's ear,I love.....because only you ca stop the rain.Rukia listened and indeed the rain had stopped,she smiled and kissed Ichigo again whispering,I love you too.
